In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please familiarize yourself with our refund policy.

Right of return

- You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. For the return to be valid, the products must be unopened, in their original packaging and with intact labels.

Return procedure

- Keep the return confirmation and stick it on the packaging when you send it.

Return costs

- The costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or wrong.

Refunds
