- Fast delivery:

For orders requiring expedited delivery, we offer express delivery options. Prices and delivery times will be calculated during the ordering process.

Shipping Prices - Shipping prices vary depending on the shipping method and customer location. The exact shipping price will be indicated upon completion of the order.

- Orders over 50 BGN receive free shipping.

Order tracking

- After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery outside the country

- We currently only offer delivery within Bulgaria. For delivery outside these areas, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Damaged and unavailable items

- If an ordered item is out of stock or cannot be delivered, we will contact you to inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.
